Step 1: Move your feet…

Okay, so I posted a few times this week about my writing/illustrating adventures.

I pushed myself out of the starting gate and actually began to buy art supplies and sign up for classes that will help further me in my Adventures.  😮

….Hereto yesterday’s post about adding up the cost. 🙂

But I’m Totally nervous for some reason.  Up until now I’ve had no probs saying out loud to whoever will listen…

Yes, I’m a writer….  I write…uh… stuff

&

Yes, I’m an artist…I…uh…art stuff.   Lol

But now that I’m actually moving toward finishing my edits and starting my illustrations and I have my second and third batch of beta readers Asking me where their copies of my  story is because they can’t wait to read and see it.  Aaaaaaack!

It all makes me want to go and hide under the covers.

I’m heading into uncharted waters and I’m Terribly uncomfortable with it!! Yaaaaaaaaargh!!!!   😮 😮 😮 😮 😮

Ok, Breathe….Breathe….Breathe….Wheeeeeeeeeeew…Ok, better.  😉 🙂

Did you ever see that movie, What About Bob?  I am sooo that guy right now!

Bill Murray and his little goldfish.

…Baby steps out the door, Baby steps onto the sidewalk, Baby steps down the street…

So… Step 1:

Move my feet.

TTFN,

The Bluemoon Thinker 🙂

P.S.- Any of you peeps out in Internet land have problems with moving forward?  Drop me a line or 2 in the box.

Happy Steppin’ 😀

  1. Sure! It’s a bit like jumping from an airplane on fire, without knowing if your parachute is going to open or not. But you’ve got to do it, if you want to survive, even though your chances are 50-50 :). And while in the air, at least you can enjoy the flying sensation and the view. You won after all.
Don’t know if this makes sense to you, but that’s how I feel when I move forward. 🙂
